Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of this website, run by Tito Food Photography, the food photography business of Ernesto Navedo in Central Florida, USA (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The photographs

Every photograph in the gallery, and the film, logo, text and design of this site, belong to Ernesto Navedo and are protected by copyright. You are welcome to look, to share a link, and to use the share buttons. You may not copy, download for reuse, edit, sell, print or use any photograph for a business, a publication or to train software without written permission. To license a photograph or book a shoot, get in touch.

Accounts

You do not need an account to use the site. If you create one, give a real email address, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what is done with it. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

What you post

You may reply to photographs with words, a photo, or both. What you post is still yours. By posting it you give us permission to show it on this site and to store, resize and back it up for that purpose, for as long as it stays posted. Only post photos you took yourself or have the right to share.

Do not post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, misleading, or that advertises something; do not post links; do not post other people’s private information. Every reply is reviewed before it appears. We may decline, hide or remove anything, and close any account, at our discretion and without notice.

Fair use of the site

Do not try to break, overload or probe the site, get around its limits, collect its content with automated tools, or use it to send spam.

Bookings and enquiries

Sending a message through the contact form is an enquiry, not a contract. Any photography work is agreed separately, in writing, between you and Ernesto.

Links to other sites

The site links to services we do not control, such as Instagram and Google. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and correct, but we do not promise it will always be available, free of errors, or that replies posted by visitors are accurate.

Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, Tito Food Photography is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be limited.

How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the new version will be posted here with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
